Flex Business Consultants was created with one mission in mind: To help entrepreneurs build businesses that are strong, strategic, and built to last. The vision behind FBC comes from years of real‑world experience — the wins, the lessons, and the growth that only entrepreneurship can teach.

Flex Business Consultants was born from nearly a decade of hands‑on business building. As an entrepreneur, I’ve launched and operated multiple companies, including a cleaning company, an event company, and networking events that brought business owners together to grow and collaborate. I’ve also founded and currently serve as the CEO of a nonprofit organization, giving me a deep understanding of both business and community leadership.

My journey has been shaped by continuous learning and recognition, including being an Alumni of the Great Missouri Leadership Foundation and a 40 Under 40 honoree by the Springfield Business Journal. These experiences strengthened my commitment to helping others succeed — because every step, every challenge, and every breakthrough has fueled my passion for guiding entrepreneurs.

At FBC, we believe in foundational strength. A business can only grow as high as its foundation is strong — and that’s where we come in. With a degree in Business Management and hands‑on experience in trucking startups, portfolio building, business plan development, and consulting, I help entrepreneurs gain clarity, structure, and confidence.
